Hard Knocks team includes many amateur fighters, our program is perfect for individuals that just want to practice the ultimate form of self-defense and are not interested in competition.
Although our fighters are often preparing for fights by training two or three times a day, our general classes for new students are held on Mondays from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays are application days, where you take what you learned on Mondays and apply it in sparring or grappling. We hope to have you as part of our family soon
